Wellness & Yoga Break in South of Tenerife

Welcome to Tenerife South and a wellness vacation program that will provide you with the well-balanced activities you need to concentrate on yourself, while also taking advantage of the pleasant winter sun at these African latitudes, the stunning beaches surrounding the island, the exotic, desert-like landscapes with magical sunsets and sunrises, but most of all, to relax at your own pace and let our lovely hosts look after you and guide you through Meditation, Yoga, and Wellness sessions throughout the day.
You have the choice to enroll in either a five-day short break program, which is ideal for individuals who need a longer weekend for example, or a full week program, which is recommended if you want to sharpen your focus on your health, relaxation, and mind-body connection for your balanced well-being. In the mornings, we will do yoga and mindfulness exercises, and in the evenings, we'll have wellness sessions which consists of either massages or sound healing therapies. If you stay for the entire week, we'll incorporate a full-day hike to amazing volcanic landscapes and meditate while surrounded by breathtaking nature or sunsets.
Any day of the year is a perfect day to arrive and participate in the program!

- Arrival in Tenerife (TFN or TFS airports)
- Airport transfer to hotel, and check-in at earliest 14:00
- 17:00 Welcome Massage
- 18:00 Aperitives

- 08:00 Yoga or Mindfulness class

- Relaxation and free time
- 16:00 Ayurveda Massage
- 17:00 Aperitives

Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
