8 Day Surfing & Yoga in Las Americas, South Tenerife

The Yoga and Surfing program in the south of Tenerife provides the ideal balance of leisure, exercise, and nature immersion, set against Tenerife's breathtaking coastline surroundings. The program is suitable for both inexperienced and seasoned yoga and surfing practitioners.
The program starts off each day with restorative yoga practices. These classes, which are led by our highly experienced instructor Sara, concentrate on different yoga forms including Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga, depending on the needs and tastes of the participants. The flexibility, strength, and balance are enhanced as well as mindfulness and relaxation through the yoga exercises.
After the yoga sessions in the morning, participants head to Tenerife's stunning beaches to take surfing lessons. Participants are guided through the fundamentals of surfing, including paddling skills, wave selection, and standing on the board, by skilled surf instructors. All skill levels are catered to in the lessons, from absolute beginners to more experienced surfers, ensuring that everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy the waves, and get the much needed exercise out of it!
Participants can explore the island's fantastic nature on their own during the two free days, and discover places such as the Teide volcano, the northern regions of the island, go on hikes through breathtaking scenery, or just relax at the beachfront. Other options are snorkeling, kayaking with dolphins and turtles, and many other activities focused on fun with a healthy touch to it!
The accommodation offered in this program, is of four-stars, with a very short distance from the beach where the surfing classes and lazy days will be held! The accommodation offers a variety of services, cozy lodgings, and a practical location for visitors looking for a beachside retreat.

- 13:00 Pick up for Surfing class
